Sol del Sur Rebrands as Sol Proaño

After 8 years of designing handmade jewelry under the Sol del Sur name, I decided to rebrand as Sol Proaño. 

Use of my surname, Proaño, was originally avoided because it’s different...it has a character (ñ) that’s not part of the English language. The rebranding symbolize the embrace of my immigrant status, and the tremendous joy I have in my language and culture.
