Shipping and Returns
Please expect for your Prisma to be shipped in about 2 weeks, as all items are made to order. If you are in a rush don’t hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to have your piece ready on time.
I am conscious of special holidays (Mother's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving) and I'm especially on top of my orders around those dates.
If your item is a gift sent directly to the recipient, I am happy to write a custom note for them! Just write your message in the box at check out.
If you have a special shipping request, contact me prior to your purchase and we'll work out pricing, etc.
Returns and Exchanges
I am happy only if you are! Item must be returned in their original, mint condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving for full store credit (less shipping charges). For your own protection, make sure you use a track-able mailing system since I am not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honored.
- Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
- Send an email to email@example.com to begin the return process.
Holiday return extension: any Prisma purchased up until December 15th, can be returned until January 15th, 2022. The above requirements are still valid (mint condition, in their original packaging).
Repairs and Replacements
I will repair items free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
